Healing Environments Collaborative (HEC)
The HEC is a collaboration between landscape architect Lisa Bailey of BayLeaf Studio and artist/contractor/designer Bruce Davidson of Enduring Elements. We bring nature and art into healthcare settings because both are healing for everyone, and sometimes simple improvements can make a huge difference in quality of life for patients, residents, staff and visitors. We will be hosting an event April 9th 2008 7-8:30 pm with a presentation to be given by Lisa Bailey. It will demonstrate what makes a healing environment, with many examples shown. It will be informative, interactive and inspiring. if you know someone from a health care facility who would be interested in attending or knowing more please have them contact us.
